As a cooperative whose roots are deep in olio community organizing food. Thanks to the OLIO Culinary Collective community, this restaurant stands. Over the years! We’ve given our labor, voice and food knowledge to causes and organizations near and dear to our hearts.

Olio food started as a group of community activists sharing our love for cooking food amongst friends. What started as a recreational experiment quickly grew into something much larger.
Since 2011, we’ve serviced dozens of events. Ranging from political fundraisers and non-profit dinners to birthdays and extravagant weddings.
We have won a handful of culinary competitions and have developed a dedicated local following. We are proud to use foods as a means to uplift our customers and build the resilience of our community.
